FAQs
Do Gola Tornado trainers run true to size?
They tend to fit on the smaller side, so we recommend sizing up if you are in between sizes.
Can I put these in the washing machine?
No, machine washing can damage the suede and the adhesives. We recommend spot cleaning only.
What is the material composition of the upper?
The upper is made from a heavy-weave nylon base with suede trims on the toe, heel, and lace facing.
Are these suitable for running?
These are designed as lifestyle fashion trainers and are not intended for professional running or high-intensity sports.
How do I protect the suede?
You can use a suede-safe protective spray to help repel water and prevent stains, ensuring you follow the spray manufacturer's instructions.
Troubleshooting
The shoe feels too tight across the midfoot.
Try adjusting the lacing pattern to be looser, or check if you have sized up appropriately as recommended.
Surface dirt on the suede sections.
Use a specialized suede brush to lift the nap and remove dust without damaging the material.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Gola Tornado Trainers maintain their condition, follow these guidelines:
- Sizing: These shoes run small. If you are typically between sizes, it is highly recommended to size up for a comfortable fit.
- Suede Maintenance: Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove surface dirt from the suede trims. Avoid using water or harsh chemical cleaners directly on the suede.
- Nylon Cleaning: The nylon upper can be spot-cleaned with a damp, soft cloth and mild soap if necessary. Allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent material warping.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving the shoes in direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may cause the vibrant pink wingflash to fade.
