FAQs
Are these shoes true to size?
Yes, they follow standard UK sizing conventions for women.
Can I wash these in a machine?
No, machine washing will damage the suede and the structure of the shoe; spot cleaning only is recommended.
Are they suitable for rainy weather?
Suede is sensitive to water; it is highly recommended to use a protective spray, but avoid wearing them in heavy downpours.
What material are the soles made of?
The soles are crafted from durable, flexible rubber in a wedge profile.
How do I store the trainers?
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
Troubleshooting
Suede looks dull or matted
Use a specialized suede brush to gently lift the nap and restore the texture.
Laces feel loose or come undone
Ensure they are tightened evenly from the bottom eyelets upward and double-knot if necessary.
Minor surface stains on suede
Use a suede eraser block to gently rub the affected area until the mark lifts.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Gola Tornado trainers remain in optimal condition, use a suede-specific brush to remove dirt and surface debris after each wear. If the shoes get wet, air-dry them naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can warp the material. To maintain the vibrant brown and pink colors, apply a suede-safe water repellent spray before initial use and periodically thereafter. Ensure the laces are loosened before sliding your foot in to preserve the shape of the heel counter.
