The New Balance 9060 trainers are designed for adults seeking a bold, futuristic aesthetic combined with the high-level comfort expected from the heritage 99X series. By blending classic suede craftsmanship with Y2K-inspired tech elements and an exaggerated midsole, these sneakers offer a distinct look that stands out in daily casual wear. While the oversized proportions provide excellent stability and cushioning, new owners should note that the chunky design may feel heavier than traditional minimalist performance runners.

The 9060 is designed as a lifestyle trainer for casual wear and walking; while comfortable, it is not optimized for high-intensity athletic running.
Yes, most users find the 9060 fits true to their standard New Balance sizing, though the toe box has a slightly spacious feel.
Always use a dry, soft brush to remove dirt. Avoid water or liquid cleaners, as they can cause the suede to bleed color or harden.
ABZORB is a superior blend of foam cushioning and compression set, while SBS provides enhanced energy return and durability within the pod midsole.
Yes, the provided insoles are removable, allowing you to insert custom orthotics if necessary.
Use a specialized suede eraser or a soft, dry brush to gently buff away surface marks after the material has completely air-dried.
Wipe the sculpted midsole with a damp microfibre cloth and a mild soap solution, ensuring you do not get the suede panels wet.
For optimal wear, ensure you select your standard UK size, keeping in mind the 9060 has a robust, structural fit. Regarding care, because the upper is constructed from premium suede, it is highly recommended to use a suede-safe water and stain repellent spray before the first wear. Avoid machine washing, as water and heavy detergent can ruin the suede texture and compromise the adhesives holding the sculpted midsole. To clean, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt or a specialized suede eraser for scuffs. If the shoes become wet, allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent the materials from stiffening or cracking.
