Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too tight or stiff initially.
Wear the shoes for short periods initially to allow them to break in. Ensure the laces are not tied too tightly.
Difficulty cleaning suede parts.
Use a dedicated suede brush to gently remove dirt. For stains, a specialized suede cleaner is recommended, following product instructions carefully.
Soles appear dirty.
Wipe the midsole and outsole with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth.
