FAQs

Are these shoes suitable for sports?

While inspired by basketball, these are retro lifestyle shoes intended for daily casual use rather than high-intensity competitive sports.

How do I maintain the white color?

Regular maintenance with a soft damp cloth and immediate removal of dirt after wearing will help keep the white finish looking fresh.

Are these true to size?

The Jordan 3 Retro generally follows standard youth sizing; however, it is recommended to measure the foot and compare with a standard size chart.

Can the insoles be removed?

Most models feature removable insoles to allow for custom orthotics or easier cleaning, but please check your specific pair for permanent adhesion.

What is the primary material used?

These shoes utilize a mix of durable synthetic and premium materials designed to provide a balance of structural support and comfort.

Troubleshooting

Difficulty putting the shoe on

Loosen the laces significantly before insertion, ensuring the tongue is pulled forward to create maximum entry space.

Visible scuffs on white surfaces

Use a specialized sneaker cleaning wipe or a soft-bristled brush with mild soapy water to gently spot-clean the area.

Feel too tight across the top of the foot

Adjust the lacing pattern to a wider configuration, potentially skipping eyelets to relieve pressure across the bridge of the foot.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Durable build quality suitable for active children
Classic, versatile color combination
Provides reliable ankle and foot support
Easy to integrate into daily casual wardrobes

Cons

May require a short break-in period for maximum comfort
White areas require regular maintenance to keep clean
Available in specific youth sizing only

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the best fit, always verify the UK size 3.5 designation against the wearer's current foot measurements, keeping in mind that athletic shoes often provide a snugger, more performance-oriented fit.

Care Instructions:

Wipe down the upper with a damp cloth after outdoor use to prevent dirt buildup.
Avoid submerging in water or using harsh chemicals, which can damage the synthetic materials.
Allow the shoes to air dry naturally in a cool, ventilated area away from direct heat sources.
Replace laces if they become frayed to maintain a secure fit.
