Troubleshooting

Food sticking to the pan

Ensure the pan is adequately preheated before adding oil and food. Use the correct amount of cooking fat and avoid overcrowding the pan.

Discoloration after washing

This is often due to mineral deposits or aggressive detergents. Use a stainless steel cleaner or a baking soda paste to gently remove discoloration. Hand washing with a soft cloth is recommended.

Uneven heating

Verify that the heat setting is appropriate for the cooking task. Ensure the pan is flat on the heating element. While rare with this construction, check for any warping.

Handle feels loose

The handles are welded and should not become loose. If you suspect a defect, contact customer support regarding the warranty.
