Setup, Compatibility & Care
Preparation is Key: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, grease, and any previous flaking finishes. For bare wood, apply a suitable wood primer or undercoat. For previously painted or varnished surfaces, lightly sand to create a key and remove any loose material. Remove moss and algae with a dedicated cleaner. On non-porous surfaces like plastic or metal, a specialized primer may be necessary for optimal adhesion.
Compatibility: This product is suitable for use on wood, plastic, steel, cladding, concrete, masonry, doors, and windows.
Application: Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Apply with a good quality brush or roller. Avoid applying in very cold, hot, or humid conditions, or if rain is expected. Apply evenly, working the paint into the surface. Two coats are generally recommended for best results.
Care: Clean application tools immediately after use with water. For cleaning finished surfaces, use a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
