Yes, this cardigan is designed with a regular fit, which typically corresponds to standard high-street sizing.
It is not recommended to tumble dry. Air drying the garment flat is the best way to maintain the shape and the longevity of the shimmer detail.
The cardigan is crafted from 100% polyester, chosen for its durability and ease of care.
While polyester is generally well-tolerated, those with extreme skin sensitivities may prefer to wear a soft cotton camisole underneath.
Yes, the cardigan features a buttoned front closure, allowing for styling both fully buttoned or open.
It is best suited for autumn and winter due to the weight of the material and long sleeves, though it can work for cool summer evenings.
Ensure you are using a gentle laundry detergent and avoid heavy fabric softeners which can coat the metallic threads.
Use a specialized fabric sweater shaver or a knitting needle to gently pull the snagged thread back through to the inside of the garment.
To ensure your cardigan maintains its appearance, turn the garment inside out before placing it in the washing machine. Use a gentle or delicate cycle with cold water to protect the shimmer fibers from abrasion. Always air dry the cardigan flat to prevent stretching or distortion of the neckline. Avoid using harsh chemical detergents or bleach, and keep the garment away from sharp jewelry that may snag the weave.
