FAQs

Are these flip-flops waterproof?

Yes, they are made from high-quality rubber, making them completely water-resistant and suitable for the beach or pool.

Can I wear these for long walks?

They are designed for comfort, but as they are flat flip-flops, they provide limited arch support and are best for casual use.

Will the glitter fall off?

The glitter is integrated into the material. While it is durable, some shedding may occur over time depending on the frequency and intensity of use.

How do I choose the right size?

These follow standard UK sizing. If you are between sizes, it is generally recommended to size up for flip-flops to ensure adequate coverage.

Can I machine wash these?

It is not recommended to machine wash them, as heat and agitation can damage the structure and the finish. Stick to hand cleaning with a soft sponge.

Troubleshooting

Straps feel tight or rub against the skin

The PVC straps are designed to be flexible; wearing them for short periods at first will allow the material to conform to the shape of your feet.

Surface appears dull after a long day at the beach

Rinse the sandals thoroughly with clean water to remove salt and sand residue, then let them air dry in the shade to restore their natural luster.

Foot is sliding while walking

Ensure the feet are clean and free of heavy lotions or oils, which can reduce the effectiveness of the non-slip rice grain texture.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Lightweight and highly portable for travel
Water-resistant materials perfect for beach or pool use
Slim strap design offers a flattering and elegant silhouette
Non-slip sole provides reliable traction
Easy to clean with basic household items

Cons

Glitter finish may gradually fade with heavy abrasive wear
Slim straps provide less arch support than thicker orthopedic alternatives
Rubber material can become slippery if exposed to certain oils or heavy sun exposure over long periods

Setup, Compatibility & Care

There is no complex setup required for these sandals; they are ready to wear immediately out of the box. For best results, ensure you select your correct UK foot size to prevent your heel from hanging off the back or crowding the front of the toe post.

To maintain the appearance of your Slim Gloss flip-flops, follow these care steps:

Cleaning: Use a soft sponge dampened with water and a small amount of neutral soap.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach, solvents, or abrasive scrubbers, as these can damage the glitter finish or degrade the rubber.
Drying: Always dry the sandals in a well-ventilated, shaded area. Direct, prolonged exposure to intense sunlight can cause the rubber to warp or the color to fade.
Storage: Keep them stored flat in a cool, dry place to ensure they retain their original shape.
