To get the most out of your Tensaur Run 4.0 trainers, ensure you have correctly measured your child's foot to select the appropriate size, as a proper fit is essential for preventing friction. For care, keep the shoes away from extreme heat sources, as this can degrade the bonding agents and cushioning materials. To clean, remove loose dirt with a soft brush, then wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or submerging the shoes fully in water, as this may damage the internal structure and affect the shape over time.
