Troubleshooting
Cushion appears slightly damp after rain.
The cushion is water-repellent, not waterproof. For heavy or prolonged rain, some moisture may penetrate. Allow the cushion to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area. Ensure it is fully dry before use.
Cushion slides on the bench.
Check that the anti-slip backing is clean and dry. Dirt or moisture can reduce its effectiveness. Wipe the backing with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Ensure the bench surface is also clean.
Color seems faded after outdoor use.
While the cushion has high UV resistance, prolonged exposure to intense sunlight can eventually cause some fading. Rotate the cushion periodically or store it indoors when not in use to minimize prolonged UV exposure.
Stain on the cushion.
Blot fresh spills immediately with a clean cloth. For set-in stains, use a mild soap and water solution. Apply with a soft cloth, gently rub the stained area, then rinse with a damp cloth and allow to air dry completely.
