Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Preparation: Ensure your socks are free of creases for optimal comfort.
- Putting On: Gently slide your foot into the boot, guiding it through the low-cut asymmetric Flyknit collar. The new accommodating shape should provide a natural fit.
- Lacing: Securely tie the laces to achieve a snug, personalized fit. Avoid over-tightening, which can restrict circulation.
- Break-in: Like all high-performance footwear, these boots may require a short break-in period to fully adapt to your foot shape.
Compatibility
These boots are specifically designed for Firm Ground (FG) pitches. This means they are ideal for natural grass surfaces that are dry or slightly damp. Using them on Artificial Ground (AG), Turf (TF), or Indoor (IC) surfaces can lead to premature wear of the soleplate and studs, and may also increase the risk of injury. Always match your boots to the playing surface.
Care
- Cleaning: After each use, remove any excess mud and debris from the upper and soleplate using a soft brush or damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Drying: Allow the boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not expose them to direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight, as this can damage the materials.
- Storage: Store your boots in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Consider using shoe trees to maintain their shape.
- Chrome/Lacquer Coating: Please note that the chrome and lacquer coating on elements of this boot is a cosmetic finish and is designed to wear off during play. This is normal and will not affect the performance, durability, or structural integrity of the product.
