The UGG Ellis series generally follows standard sizing, but because of the thick sheepskin lining, some users prefer to stick with their usual size or size up if they plan to wear thicker socks.
It is not recommended. Nubuck is a porous material that can be easily stained or damaged by water. If they do get wet, let them air dry completely.
Regular maintenance with a nubuck brush and the use of a water-repellent spray are the best ways to ensure your shoes stay in good condition.
Yes, the classic loafer silhouette makes them a versatile choice for business-casual settings.
You can wear them either way; the sheepskin lining is designed to be comfortable against bare skin, but you may choose to wear thin liners if you prefer.
Yes, the Ellis series is designed with a flexible sole to ensure natural foot movement and comfort while walking.
Use a specialized nubuck eraser or a very soft brush to gently lift the stain without scrubbing the material aggressively.
Gently brush the surface with a nubuck brush to restore the texture and soften the fibers.
Use a small, clean wire brush to lightly fluff the sheepskin lining, which helps restore loft and comfort.
As a slip-on shoe, no specific setup is required; simply ensure the fit is snug but comfortable upon arrival. To care for your loafers, it is highly recommended to use a protective suede or nubuck spray immediately after purchase to create a barrier against moisture and dirt. If the shoes become wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can cause the material to stiffen or crack. Use a soft-bristled brush specifically designed for nubuck to gently remove surface dust and revive the nap of the material.
