No, the nubuck material is not waterproof and should be kept away from excessive water and mud to prevent permanent staining.
Yes, the interior is designed for comfort, but using thin liners can help manage moisture and keep the interior fresh.
Store them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent the material from fading or losing its shape.
While the shoes feature signature comfort, you should consult with a professional cobbler if you require specific orthotics or custom inserts.
The UGG Ellis Loafer generally fits true to size, but we recommend trying them on with the type of socks or hosiery you intend to wear most frequently.
Use a dry nubuck cleaning brush to gently buff the surface in the direction of the grain.
Use a nubuck eraser to gently rub the affected area until the mark lifts.
Remove insoles if possible and allow the shoe to air out in a cool, dry place; use an odor-neutralizing spray safe for shoe interiors.
To keep your UGG Ellis Loafers in top condition, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or abrasive surfaces that can scratch the delicate nubuck finish. If the loafers get wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, which can cause the material to stiffen or crack. We recommend using a soft-bristled brush specifically designed for suede and nubuck to gently remove dust or debris after each wear. For deeper cleaning, ensure you use products formulated specifically for the nubuck material to prevent discoloration.
