Troubleshooting

Drawer is stiff or difficult to open/close

Ensure the chest is on a level surface. Check for any obstructions inside or around the wooden runners. Gently clean the runners with a dry cloth to remove dust.

Handles feel loose

Carefully tighten the screws securing the handles. Do not overtighten, as this could damage the wood.

Minor scratches on the surface

For light scratches, a furniture polish or wax designed for cream finishes may help mask them. Test in an inconspicuous area first.
