Troubleshooting

Drawer runners feel stiff or sticky.

Check for any obstructions inside the drawer runners. Clean the runners with a dry cloth. If the issue persists, a small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the runners.

A drawer does not close completely.

Ensure the contents within the drawer are not preventing it from closing. Check that the chest of drawers is sitting level on the floor; unevenness can cause drawers to misalign.

Scratches or minor marks on the surface.

For minor scratches on the grey finish, a furniture touch-up pen in a matching grey shade can be used. For deeper marks, consult a furniture repair specialist.
