What materials is the chest made from?

It is crafted from a combination of pine and manufactured wood for durability and a balance of natural beauty and value.

How should I clean the white finish?

Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners. For stubborn marks, use a mild soap and water solution, followed by drying.

Is this chest suitable for a small bedroom?

While it offers great storage, its 'extra large' dimensions mean it is best suited for medium to large bedrooms where space is not a significant constraint.

What is the weight capacity of the drawers?

Troubleshooting

Drawer does not close smoothly

Check for any obstructions inside the drawer or on the runners. Ensure the chest is on a level surface. Do not force the drawer; inspect runners for damage or misalignment.

Unit wobbles or feels unstable

Verify that the chest is placed on a flat, stable surface. Check if all legs or the base are firmly in contact with the floor. For safety, consider using anti-tip hardware if available, especially in homes with children.

Finish is damaged

For minor scratches, touch-up paint in a similar white shade may be used. For larger damage, consult a furniture repair specialist. Always use coasters or mats to protect the surface from heat or moisture.

Handles feel loose

Gently tighten the screws securing the handles from the inside of the drawer front. Do not overtighten, as this could strip the threads or damage the wood.
