What material is the chest made from?

The chest is constructed from solid and manufactured wood, with a painted grey finish on the main body and a natural oak and oak veneer top.

Troubleshooting

Drawers do not slide smoothly.

Check for any obstructions within the drawer runners. Ensure the chest is on a level surface. A light application of furniture wax on the runners can improve glide.

Surface of the oak top appears dull.

Clean the oak top with a dedicated oak furniture cleaner or polish. Ensure no residue from cleaning products is left on the surface.

Small chips or scratches on painted surfaces.

For minor chips, touch-up paint may be available. For scratches, consult a furniture repair specialist. Avoid using abrasive cleaning tools.
