FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
While based on a 2007 trainer design, they are best categorized as lifestyle sneakers today. They are excellent for walking and casual activity, but modern dedicated running shoes may provide better specialized performance.
How do I ensure I get the right size?
The Progrid Omni 9 typically fits true to size. We recommend measuring your foot using a standard sizing chart and comparing it against the UK 10.5 or other available sizes.
Can the insoles be removed?
Yes, the insoles are generally removable, which allows for the insertion of custom orthotics if required.
Are these trainers waterproof?
No, they are made with standard athletic materials and are not intended for use in wet or muddy conditions.
How should I clean the beige fabric?
Use a gentle hand-wash approach with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid soaking the shoes, as this can affect the glue and foam integrity.
Troubleshooting
Visible dirt on beige upper
Use a specialized sneaker cleaning solution and a soft-bristled brush to gently remove surface debris.
Fit feels too tight across the midfoot
Try adjusting the lacing technique to a 'window lacing' style to relieve pressure while maintaining the shoe's structural integrity.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To maintain the appearance and structure of your Saucony Progrid Omni 9 trainers, avoid machine washing. Instead, spot clean with a soft brush, warm water, and mild soap. Ensure the shoes are air-dried away from direct heat sources to prevent material warping. For the best fit, ensure you select your correct UK adult size; if you are between sizes, the structured nature of the Progrid Omni 9 generally benefits from a consistent, true-to-size fit.
