FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
While built with athletic DNA, the ProGrid Omni 9 is best suited for daily wear, walking, and light activity rather than intensive long-distance running.
How do I determine my size?
These trainers follow standard adult sizing. If you have worn Saucony products previously, you can select your usual size.
Can I put these in the washing machine?
It is not recommended to machine wash your trainers, as the heat and agitation can damage the adhesive and structural foam.
Does the ProGrid Omni 9 provide arch support?
Yes, the shoe features a stable midsole design that provides inherent support for the arches during regular use.
Is the material breathable?
Yes, the mesh upper is specifically engineered to provide ventilation to help regulate foot temperature.
Troubleshooting
Visible dirt on mesh uppers
Gently scrub with a soft brush and a mixture of water and mild detergent, then air dry completely.
Outsole losing traction
Check the outsole for trapped pebbles or debris in the grooves and clean them out to restore surface contact.
Laces slipping during wear
Use a double knot or a runner's loop (heel lock) lacing technique to ensure a more secure midfoot lockdown.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Saucony ProGrid Omni 9 trainers last, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dried mud or debris from the mesh. Use a damp cloth with mild soap to clean synthetic overlays.
- Drying: Always air dry your trainers at room temperature. Avoid direct heat sources or radiators, which can deform the foam and synthetic materials.
- Compatibility: These trainers feature a standard fit suitable for most adult foot shapes. If you wear custom orthotics, the removable insole accommodates most standard medical inserts.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent the rubber and textile materials from fading or degrading over time.
