Saucony - Endorphin Pro 5 Trainers - White - Size UK 8.5

The Endorphin Pro 5 is ideal for experienced runners, particularly those competing in races like 5ks, 10ks, half-marathons, and marathons, who are looking for a shoe to help them achieve their fastest times.

SpeedRoll Technology is a design feature that creates a propulsive forward-rolling sensation, working with the carbon plate to make transitions smoother and running feel more efficient.

The slotted carbon plate works in conjunction with the midsole foam and SpeedRoll geometry to provide stiffness and enhance propulsion, assisting in a faster toe-off.

While durable, the Endorphin Pro 5 is optimized for speed and racing. For everyday mileage and recovery runs, a shoe with more traditional cushioning might be more comfortable and suitable.

Clean them using a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Allow them to air dry completely away from direct heat. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

PWRRUN PB is a lightweight, high-rebound foam, while Super Critical PWRRUN HG is a firmer, more responsive foam often used as a top layer to provide a stable platform for propulsion.

Yes, the Endorphin Pro 5 is designed for neutral runners. Its structure is intended to support a natural running gait.

The shoe is designed for speed with a carbon plate. Break-in period is recommended. Try wearing them for shorter, faster runs first to adapt to the feel.

Ensure laces are tied securely. Check that the outsole is free from excessive mud or debris. The PWRTRAC outsole provides grip, but conditions like wet leaves or ice can reduce traction.

The shoe's geometry and carbon plate can feel different. Ensure you have the correct size and width. Some runners may benefit from specific orthotics if persistent discomfort occurs.

The PWRTRAC outsole is durable but designed for performance. Avoid excessive use on abrasive surfaces like concrete sidewalks for daily training; reserve for intended use on roads and race courses.
