Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Ensure the boots are the correct size and fit.
- If preferred, unscrew the existing studs and replace them with alternative lengths or types suitable for the pitch conditions.
- Lace up the boots securely for a snug fit.
Compatibility:
These boots are specifically designed for wet natural grass (soft ground) pitches. The outsole and stud configuration are optimized for these conditions. Compatibility with artificial turf, firm ground, or indoor surfaces is not guaranteed and may lead to reduced performance or increased wear.
Care:
- Cleaning: After each use, remove excess mud and dirt with a soft brush or damp cloth. Avoid using harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners.
- Drying: Allow boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not expose them to direct heat sources like radiators or hairdryers, as this can damage the materials.
- Storage: Store boots in a cool, dry place, ideally in a boot bag, to maintain their shape and material integrity.
- Studs: Periodically check and tighten screw-in studs. Replace worn or damaged studs to ensure optimal traction and prevent potential injury.
