Le Creuset heat-resistant Glass Lids are designed specifically to complement the Toughened Non-Stick cookware range. Perfect for retaining heat and moisture when cooking, the glass lid is also perfect when steam-frying and is suitable for temperatures up to 220°C, and is also freezer safe when storing food for later. This glass lid is both oven, grill and dishwasher safe. Not recommended for use with Le Creuset 3-ply Stainless Steel or Cast Iron cookware. This heat-resistant glass lid is perfect for locking in moisture and flavour as you cook and makes steam-frying a breeze. Carefully designed to complement our Toughened Non-Stick and cast iron cookware ranges, you can use it on any heat source. The transparent see-through design allows food to be easily viewed without removing the lid. It features an easy-grip cast stainless steel handle.
