Troubleshooting
Zipper is stiff or difficult to open/close.
Apply a small amount of wax (like a candle or chapstick) or a specialized zipper lubricant to the teeth of the zipper. Gently work the zipper back and forth to smooth operation.
Shoulder strap adjustment is difficult.
Ensure the strap is not twisted. Pull the webbing firmly and evenly through the buckle mechanism. If it remains stiff, check for any obstructions in the buckle.
Exterior fabric appears dirty.
Wipe the affected area with a slightly damp cloth. For stubborn marks, use a mild soap solution and rinse with a clean damp cloth. Always air dry.
