Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your sandals last, proper maintenance is essential.
- Break-in: Wear your sandals for short periods during the first week to allow the cork to adapt to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: Wipe the leather upper with a soft, dry cloth. If the suede footbed becomes soiled, use a specialised suede brush to lift dirt.
- Moisture: Avoid exposing the cork footbed to excessive water, as it can damage the materials. If they do get wet, allow them to air dry slowly away from direct heat sources like radiators.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place to maintain the integrity of the leather and cork.
