No, the Converse Day One Hi is designed for leisure and everyday wear, not for athletic performance or running.
These trainers follow standard sizing. We recommend purchasing the UK size you typically wear in casual footwear.
It is not recommended. Machine washing can damage the materials and the adhesive of the soles. Use hand-cleaning methods instead.
The construction features a durable rubber sole and a high-quality upper designed for daily comfort and style.
While the materials are durable, they are not waterproof. We advise avoiding deep puddles to keep the shoes in the best condition.
The design focuses on ankle coverage and casual comfort rather than specialized ergonomic arch support.
Ensure you are using a double knot or checking that the laces are fed through all eyelets evenly to distribute tension.
Use a specialized rubber eraser or a damp cloth with mild soap to gently buff away surface marks.
Loosen the top two eyelets of the laces to provide more flexibility and ease of entry.
To get the best fit, ensure you select your correct UK shoe size, as the Day One Hi offers a standard, reliable fit. To maintain the appearance of your trainers, wipe the rubber soles regularly with a damp cloth to remove dirt or scuffs. For the upper material, if your pair is made of canvas or cotton, use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove surface dust. Avoid machine washing to preserve the integrity of the adhesive and the shape of the high-top structure. If they become wet, allow them to air dry at room temperature away from direct heat sources to prevent material warping.
