Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
This coverall is designed for immediate use. Ensure the correct size is selected for optimal fit and protection. The hook and loop cuffs can be adjusted for a secure fit around gloves or wrists.
Compatibility:
While designed with specific industry standards in mind (e.g., EN standards for flame, heat, welding, and static discharge), this garment is intended as personal protective equipment (PPE). It is compatible with standard safety accessories like hard hats, safety glasses, and appropriate footwear.
Care Instructions:
To maintain the integrity and protective properties of the flame-retardant fabric:
- Washing: Machine wash at a maximum of 40°C (104°F) with a mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners, as these can degrade the flame-retardant treatment.
- Drying: Tumble dry on a low heat setting or hang to dry away from direct heat sources.
- Ironing: Iron at a low temperature, preferably on the reverse side.
- Dry Cleaning: This garment can be dry-cleaned using perchloroethylene.
- Maintenance: Regularly inspect the coverall for any signs of damage, such as tears, burns, or worn areas. Ensure all zips and fastenings are in good working order. The flame resistance is guaranteed for the life of the garment, but proper care is essential to preserve this property.
