FAQs
Are these clogs suitable for wide feet?
The clogs have a generally accommodating fit, but the width can be adjusted slightly with the moveable strap for a more secure feel.
Can the strap be completely removed?
The strap is designed to be moveable and secure the shoe, but it is not intended to be detached.
How do I determine the correct size?
Refer to the UK sizing guide. Many users find it helpful to consider sizing down if they are between sizes, as the clogs can sometimes run a little large.
Are these suitable for hiking or sports?
These clogs are best suited for casual wear, water activities, and light play. They are not designed for high-impact sports or rough terrain where specialized footwear is recommended.
How should I store the clogs when not in use?
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure they are clean and dry before long-term storage.
What is the material of the clogs?
The clogs are made from a water-friendly, durable material suitable for kids' wear.
Troubleshooting
Clogs feel too loose
Utilize the moveable strap to create a more secure, snug fit. If still too loose, consider if a smaller size would be more appropriate.
Feet feel damp after water exposure
Ensure the ventilated ports are not blocked. Allow clogs to air dry completely after use in wet conditions.
Difficulty removing the strap
Gently pull the strap upwards and backwards. Avoid forcing the strap, as this could damage the attachment points.
