The Under Armour HeatGear Armour Comp Mock Short Sleeve T-Shirt is designed for athletes who require a high-performance compression fit to maximize training intensity and support. This garment excels at providing a locked-in, second-skin feel that aids in muscle recovery and comfort during rigorous exercise, though users should be aware that the compression fit is significantly tighter than standard apparel and may require sizing considerations.

It can be worn both ways; it functions effectively as a base layer under athletic jerseys or as a standalone top for gym training.
Compression fit means the garment is designed to sit extremely tight against the body to provide muscle support and improve blood flow during exercise.
This is a HeatGear product, which is primarily designed to keep you cool in hot conditions. For winter training, look for Under Armour's ColdGear line.
The mock neck provides additional coverage for the neck area, which helps protect against direct sun exposure during outdoor training.
Air-drying is the best method to maintain the elasticity of the compression fabric, though tumble drying on low heat is generally acceptable.
Ensure you have selected the correct size; compression gear is designed to be tight, but excessive discomfort may indicate the need for a larger size.
Wash the garment immediately after use and consider using a sports-specific detergent designed to break down sweat and oils in synthetic fabrics.
To ensure the longevity of your compression gear, always wash in cold water with similar colors. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can degrade the specialized moisture-wicking finish of the fabric. Tumble dry on low heat or hang-dry to preserve the elastic properties of the compression material. Because this is a compression piece, it is intended to fit very snugly against the skin; if you prefer a looser feel, consider sizing up, though this will reduce the intended compression benefit.
