The Casio A140 is designed for individuals who appreciate a blend of retro-inspired aesthetics and modern digital utility. It serves as an excellent daily companion for casual or smart-casual wear, offering essential features like a stopwatch and alarm in a lightweight, compact package. While its silver-tone finish and slim 37mm profile provide a sleek look, potential buyers should note that the build is primarily focused on style and light utility rather than heavy-duty ruggedness or high-depth water resistance.

Yes, the metal sliding clasp is fully adjustable to fit various wrist sizes without needing to remove links.
The case is crafted from high-quality resin finished with a silver coating to provide a metallic aesthetic while keeping the watch lightweight.
The battery is likely depleted. Replace with a compatible CR battery at a professional watch repair shop.
Ensure you are not in stopwatch mode. Press the mode button until the time display (hours/minutes) is shown.
Check if the buttons are jammed with debris; gently clean around the edges of the pushers with a soft brush.
To set the time and date, use the side buttons to cycle through the alarm, stopwatch, and timekeeping modes. The watch uses a standard CR-type battery, which typically offers several years of life depending on backlight usage. The adjustable multi-row metal bracelet can be resized by sliding the clasp mechanism; use a small flat-head screwdriver to lift the locking plate on the clasp, move it to the desired position on the bracelet grooves, and snap it back shut. To maintain the watch, clean it regularly with a dry, soft cloth to remove perspiration or dust. Avoid exposing the watch to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures, and ensure it is kept dry, as it is only designed for casual contact with water such as splashes or rain.
