How is this handle installed?

What is the recommended cleaning method?

Use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals to preserve the finish.

Troubleshooting

Handle feels loose after installation

Check that all mounting screws are fully tightened. Ensure the cabinet front is of sufficient thickness and material strength to support the screws securely. Verify correct hole centre measurements were used during installation.

Scuff marks or scratches appear on the finish

Gently clean the affected area with a soft, damp cloth and a mild soap solution. For minor scratches, a specialized metal polish designed for the specific finish might help, but test in an inconspicuous area first. Avoid using abrasive cleaning pads or polishes.

Difficulty aligning handle flush with the cabinet edge

Ensure the routing or cut-out on the cabinet edge is precise. Double-check the alignment marks during installation. Minor adjustments may be possible by slightly loosening screws, aligning, and then retightening.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The HEXI edge handle is designed for integrated edge mounting. Ensure you have standard cabinet fronts. Precise measurement and drilling are required according to the specified hole centres (e.g., 256mm for this specific model) for secure and flush fitting. Always refer to the installation guide provided with the product for detailed instructions.

Compatibility: This handle is suitable for most standard cabinet and drawer fronts. It is particularly well-suited for contemporary furniture designs. Verify the required hole centre measurements match your cabinetry before purchase. Available in multiple finishes: chrome, aluminum, white matt, black matt, gold brushed, and anthracite.
