Troubleshooting
Green screen does not rise or lower smoothly.
Check that there are no obstructions around the hydraulic mechanism. Ensure the screen is fully extended or retracted before attempting to adjust. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Screen is creased.
Hang the screen fully extended and allow it to sit for a few hours. The Oxford cloth is naturally crease-resistant and should straighten out. Gentle steaming from a distance might help with stubborn creases, but avoid direct contact with high heat.
Wheels are stiff or not rolling.
Inspect the wheels for any debris or obstructions. Clean the wheels and the surrounding area. Ensure the casters are properly aligned.
Unit feels unstable.
Ensure all casters are properly locked in place. Make sure the screen is on a flat, level surface.
