Troubleshooting

Zipper is stiff or difficult to move.

Gently pull the zipper tab while ensuring the fabric is not caught. If it persists, a small amount of graphite from a pencil rubbed on the teeth can help lubricate it.

Jacket appears wrinkled after washing.

Hang the jacket to dry naturally. If ironing is needed, use a cool iron setting and do not press heavily on printed areas or trims.

Smocking detail loses its elasticity.

Ensure the jacket is always hand-washed and air-dried as per care instructions to preserve the elasticity of the smocked waist.
