Troubleshooting
Canvas appears slightly loose on the frame
Check the corner wedges if present, or gently tap the rear frame to ensure tension is balanced. Avoid over-tightening or placing in high-humidity areas.
Hooks are not gripping the wall properly
Ensure you are using appropriate wall plugs or anchors for your specific wall material, such as hollow wall anchors for drywall or masonry plugs for brick.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation is simple: simply measure your wall space, mark your desired height, and mount the provided hooks into a secure wall anchor or stud. The canvas is compatible with a wide range of interior styles from modern to traditional. For care, gently dust the canvas surface periodically with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using liquid cleaners, chemicals, or abrasive scrubbing, as these can compromise the ink integrity and the canvas fabric. Keep the piece in a climate-controlled environment to prevent warping of the pine wood frame.
