Measure the height and width of your wall. Multiply the width by the height to get the square meterage. Divide this by the coverage per roll (5.3m²) and round up to the nearest whole number to determine the number of rolls needed, accounting for pattern repeat and wastage.

It is generally recommended to remove old wallpaper first for the best adhesion and finish. If you choose to hang over existing wallpaper, ensure it is firmly adhered, smooth, and not peeling. An appropriate primer might be necessary.

Use a high-quality, pre-mixed or powdered wallpaper adhesive specifically designed for paper-based wallpapers. Follow the adhesive manufacturer's instructions for mixing and application.

Carefully adjust the positioning of the new strip before the paste sets. Ensure you are working from a plumb line. Slight adjustments are possible if the paste is still moist.

Use a sharp, fresh blade in your utility knife. Make cuts carefully along a straight edge, such as a plasterer's trowel or ruler.

Ensure all rolls used for a project come from the same batch number. If color variation is noticed, contact the retailer immediately before applying.
