FAQs

How do I measure my foot to find the correct size?

Place your foot on a flat surface with your heel against a wall. Measure from the wall to the tip of your longest toe. Consult the provided size chart and choose the size that corresponds to your foot length. If your measurement falls between two sizes, it is recommended to select the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Are these shoes suitable for casual wear?

While the Nike LeBron 19 offers comfort and style, they are primarily designed for basketball performance. They may be comfortable for casual wear, but their specialized features are best utilized on the court.

What is the main cushioning technology used?

The Nike LeBron 19 utilizes Nike Air units, specifically engineered for maximum cushioning and responsiveness to absorb impact during athletic activities.

What is the material of the upper?

The upper is constructed from durable synthetic materials designed to provide support and withstand the demands of basketball.

How long does the break-in period typically last?

The break-in period can vary from person to person. It typically involves a few hours of wear over several sessions. Listen to your body and gradually increase wear time as the shoes become more comfortable.

Are these shoes available in other colors?

This specific guide pertains to the 'White' colorway (DC9338-100). Other colorways and sibling models may be available under different product listings.

Troubleshooting

Shoe feels too tight or uncomfortable.

The Nike LeBron 19 may require a break-in period. Wear them for short periods initially and gradually increase duration. Ensure laces are not over-tightened. If discomfort persists after break-in, consider if the size is appropriate or if a wider fit is needed.

Traction is reduced on the court.

Ensure the outsole is clean from dust and debris. Wipe down the soles with a damp cloth if necessary. Check for excessive wear on the tread pattern, which may indicate the shoes are nearing the end of their lifespan for optimal performance.

Laces are difficult to adjust or keep tied.

Check the lace material for excessive smoothness. If laces frequently come undone, consider using a double knot or replacing them with laces that offer better grip.
