Troubleshooting

Holder is unstable

Ensure the holder is placed on a flat, level surface. Check that all components are securely fitted, although no assembly is typically required.

Bronze finish appears dull

Clean the holder with a damp, soft cloth. For a deeper clean or to restore shine, use a mild soap and water solution, then dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

Difficulty placing a full roll

Ensure you are using a standard-sized toilet roll. The holder is designed for common roll dimensions.
