Troubleshooting
Drawer feels stiff or difficult to open
Check the Accuride runners for any obstructions or debris and ensure the unit is sitting on a perfectly level floor surface.
Anti-tilt mechanism prevents opening a drawer

Key does not turn in the lock
Verify the drawer is pushed fully into the closed position, as the locking latch requires the drawer to be flush with the frame.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
The Mezzo pedestal is a ready-to-use unit that requires minimal setup upon arrival, though it is recommended to have assistance during placement due to its robust steel weight. Ensure the floor surface is level to allow the anti-tilt mechanism to function correctly. Regarding compatibility, the 615mm height is standardized to fit most traditional office desks. To maintain the finish, wipe the silver powder-coated surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive chemicals or scouring pads, as these may scratch the steel finish. Periodically check that the drawer runners are free of debris to maintain the smooth sliding performance.
