FAQs
Are these shorts suitable for intense sporting activities?
Yes, they are made from performance-grade polyester with integrated ventilation, making them ideal for sports.
Can I put these shorts in a tumble dryer?
It is not recommended. Air drying is the best way to maintain the shape of the elastic and the quality of the team crest.
What material are the shorts made from?
They are constructed from durable, lightweight polyester.
Do these shorts come with pockets?
No, these are professional-style performance shorts designed specifically for athletic movement without the bulk of pockets.
How should I choose the right size?
We recommend following standard athletic sizing guidelines, as these are tailored for an adult fit with an adjustable waistband.
Troubleshooting
Drawcord is stuck or pulled into the waistband
Use a safety pin attached to the end of the cord to carefully feed it back through the eyelet.
Fabric feels less breathable after many washes
Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can coat the synthetic fibres and reduce their moisture-wicking capabilities.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Rangers 26/27 Away Shorts last as long as possible, follow these care guidelines:
- Washing: Turn the shorts inside out before placing them in the machine. This protects the woven crest from friction against other items.
- Temperature: Use a cold or cool wash cycle (30 degrees Celsius recommended) to preserve the synthetic fibres and prevent shrinkage.
- Drying: Air dry the shorts whenever possible. Avoid using a high-heat tumble dryer, as this can degrade the elastic in the waistband and the integrity of the crest.
- Ironing: If necessary, iron on a low heat setting, keeping the iron away from the crest area to avoid damage.
