Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before initial use, wash the trays in warm soapy water and dry them thoroughly. While the trays are robust, avoid using metal utensils, which can scratch the ceramic surface; opt for silicone or wooden tools instead. To maintain the non-stick integrity, allow the trays to cool completely before rinsing with cold water to prevent thermal shock. When stacking the trays for storage, it is recommended to place a soft cloth or a felt protector between them to prevent the underside of one tray from marking the cooking surface of the other.
