FAQs

How do I determine my correct shoe size?

Measure your foot length and refer to the ASICS size chart to find the appropriate size. It's best to measure your feet at the end of the day when they are at their largest.

Can I use the GEL-KAYANO 20 for serious marathon running?

While the GEL-KAYANO 20 is great for daily training, it may not be the ideal choice for serious marathon running. It is better for shorter distances or casual running.

How do I clean my GEL-KAYANO 20 shoes?

Wipe the shoes with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or machine washing, as this could damage the materials. Allow them to air dry.

What is the lifespan of these shoes?

The lifespan depends on usage, but typically running shoes should be replaced every 300-500 miles. For casual wear, they should last for a year or more with proper care.

What kind of support does the GEL-KAYANO 20 provide?

The GEL-KAYANO 20 provides excellent support and stability through its GUIDANCE TRUSSTIC system and GEL cushioning technology.

Are these shoes suitable for wide feet?

Consider ordering a wider size or trying them on in person to see if the fit is comfortable.

Try loosening the laces or wearing thinner socks. Allow some break-in time as well.

Shoes are uncomfortable after prolonged use.
