Troubleshooting
Beanbag feels deflated or less supportive over time
This is normal for beanbag fillings. Top up the filling with additional beans as needed. Refer to manufacturer instructions for the best method.
Backrest is not staying aligned
Ensure the zip connecting the backrest to the base is fully and securely fastened. Check for any obstructions in the zip.
Fabric has a minor stain
Gently blot the stain with a clean, damp cloth. For tougher stains, use a mild fabric cleaner specifically designed for upholstery, testing on an inconspicuous area first.
Difficulty connecting with other modular pieces
Ensure you are aligning the correct connection points and that any zips or fasteners are clear of debris and fully engaged.
