Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Biba jacket remains in excellent condition, follow these care guidelines:
- Storage: Always hang the jacket on a broad-shouldered hanger to maintain the structure of the lapels and shoulders. Avoid folding, which can cause creasing in the faux leather.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the surface regularly with a soft, damp, non-abrasive cloth to remove dust. For minor spots, use a mild soap diluted in water. Do not submerge the jacket in water.
- Conditioning: If the surface begins to feel stiff, use a dedicated synthetic leather conditioner to restore suppleness, but always test on an inconspicuous area first.
- Avoid Heat: Keep the jacket away from direct heat sources such as radiators or heaters, which can cause the material to warp or crack over time.
