Setup, Compatibility & Care
Proper setup is vital to unlocking the full potential of this road bike. Because of the sophisticated carbon frame, it is recommended to use a torque wrench during any component adjustments to avoid damaging the material.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: Wash the frame with mild soap and water. Avoid high-pressure washers, which can force grit into bearings.
- Maintenance: Check the hydraulic brake fluid levels and pad wear every few months.
- Storage: Store indoors away from direct sunlight and extreme moisture to protect the carbon finish and components.
- Compatibility: The frame is compatible with standard road-specific upgrades; however, ensure any new wheelsets or drivetrain parts meet the 12-speed and disc-brake requirements of the original build.
