The Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit 3 is an ideal choice for female runners seeking a blend of stability and soft cushioning for everyday mileage. Designed to provide a smooth, confident ride, the shoe features a breathable Flyknit upper and reinforced tongue protection, though runners needing a highly rigid or minimalist feel may find the plush cushioning too soft for high-speed racing.

Yes, the React cushioning is specifically designed to provide long-lasting comfort and support, making it a great option for high-mileage marathon training.
Flyknit is engineered to hold its shape well, though it provides a flexible fit that adapts to your foot's natural movement throughout your run.
No, it is recommended to hand wash your Nike React sneakers to avoid damaging the foam cushioning and the fabric integrity.
The shoe provides neutral to moderate support through its wide platform and structured heel, suitable for a variety of arch types.
While optimized for running, the stability features make them versatile enough for light gym activities, though they are not designed for heavy lifting.
Generally, running shoes like the React Infinity Run should be replaced every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
Adjust the lace tension slightly and ensure the lace is passed through the integrated loop on the tongue to keep it centered.
Use a specialized sneaker cleaning solution and a soft-bristled brush to gently scrub the fabric, then blot with a clean towel.
Try a different lacing technique, such as the window lacing method, to relieve pressure on the area directly under the reinforced tongue.
To ensure your trainers last, begin by checking the size and fit; the Flyknit material is designed to hug the foot, so ensure you have enough room for natural toe splay. For cleaning, remove surface dirt with a soft brush and use a mild detergent mixed with water on a cloth for deep stains. Always air dry the shoes away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, as excessive heat can warp the foam and damage the integrity of the Flyknit fibers.
