Troubleshooting
Bag not keeping items cool
Ensure the THERMO cooling system is functioning optimally by pre-chilling the bag with ice packs or frozen bottles. Check that the military-spec zip is fully closed and creating a tight seal. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Zipper is difficult to open or close
Check for any obstructions caught in the zip teeth. If the zip is stiff, apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant or even a bit of graphite from a pencil to the teeth. Ensure the fabric around the zip is not bunched up.
Interior smells or has stains
Utilize the wipe-clean internal cover. For stubborn stains or odors, use a mild detergent and water solution. Rinse with a clean damp cloth and ensure the interior is thoroughly dried before next use.
Base showing signs of wear
While the base is heavy-duty, avoid dragging the bag excessively over rough surfaces. Utilize a trolley or place the bag on a mat when setting it down on abrasive ground.
