Regularly vacuum with an upholstery attachment. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For stubborn stains, professional cleaning is recommended, after testing a small, inconspicuous area first.
Ensure all bolts and connectors are tightened securely. Check that the chrome gliders are fully inserted and that the floor surface is level. If the issue persists, double-check the assembly steps.
Verify that the headboard bolts are fully tightened and that the headboard is correctly aligned with the divan base. Ensure no protective caps are obstructing a secure fit.
Check for any obstructions within the drawer runners. Ensure the drawers are correctly seated on their runners. If debris is present, carefully clean the runners.
Slight creasing from packaging can occur. Allow the fabric to settle for a few days. Gentle steaming from a distance (following fabric care guidelines) may help reduce wrinkles.
