Pros and Cons

Pros

Intuitive button-based controls are easy to use for all family members
Stylish matte black and chrome design fits modern kitchen aesthetics
Glass turntable is dishwasher-safe for effortless cleanup
Compact footprint saves valuable counter space

Cons

20L capacity is limited for larger bulk cooking or very oversized dishes
Requires manual setting for custom cook times outside of presets
Matte black finish may show fingerprints more easily than stainless steel

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure optimal performance, place the microwave on a flat, heat-resistant surface with at least 10cm of clearance on all sides for proper ventilation. Ensure the unit is plugged directly into a wall outlet rather than an extension cord. For maintenance, wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth after every use to prevent grease buildup. The glass turntable should be removed and placed in the dishwasher periodically. If the exterior develops smudges, a soft, dry cloth is usually sufficient to maintain the matte black finish. Ensure the child lock is disengaged when the unit is in use to avoid interruption.
