FAQs
Are these sandals waterproof?
They are designed for general outdoor use, but they are not intended for submersion in water, as this may degrade the materials.
Does the sandal provide arch support?
The sandals offer a standard flat sole; they do not feature specialized orthotic arch support.
Can I wear these for long walks?
They are lightweight and comfortable for casual strolling, though they are primarily intended for leisure rather than high-intensity hiking.
How do I determine the right size?
The product is listed by UK standard adult sizing. It is recommended to choose your usual shoe size for an open-toe sandal.
Will the gold finish peel off?
With proper care and by avoiding abrasive surfaces, the finish is designed to be durable for standard seasonal wear.
Troubleshooting
Strap feels tight after long wear
Allow the straps to rest; synthetic materials may expand slightly with consistent use over time.
Visible dirt on the gold finish
Use a microfiber cloth with minimal water to gently buff away stains; avoid harsh chemicals.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Totes sandals remain in top condition, follow these guidelines:
- Sizing: Ensure you have selected the correct UK size, as the fit is tailored to standard adult foot dimensions.
- Cleaning: Wipe the straps and sole with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove dust or debris. Avoid submerging the sandals in water.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the gold finish from fading or discoloring.
- Surface Compatibility: Best worn on flat, stable surfaces. Avoid walking on extremely rugged or sharp terrain to preserve the integrity of the sole material.
