Birkenstock Oita - Beige

The Oita model features an adjustable closure which allows for some customization. However, they are designed with a slimmer, feminine profile, so individuals with very wide feet may find them less accommodating than other Birkenstock models.

Use a soft suede brush to gently clean the straps and remove dust or light dirt. For tougher spots, a suede eraser can be used carefully. Avoid using water or harsh chemicals on the suede.

The footbed is made of an anatomically shaped cork-latex material, lined with soft suede for added comfort and breathability.

It is not recommended to wear suede sandals in wet conditions as suede is sensitive to water and can be damaged or stained. The EVA sole offers some water resistance, but the upper is not waterproof.

The break-in period can vary for each individual. Most users find the sandals comfortable after a few wears, as the cork-latex footbed gradually molds to the shape of their foot.

The Oita is inspired by the Kyoto model but features a distinct braided strap design, enhancing its bohemian aesthetic. Both offer the signature Birkenstock comfort and anatomical footbed.

Allow the sandals to dry naturally away from direct heat. Once dry, use a suede brush to restore the nap. For stubborn stains, a suede eraser may be effective. Consider using a suede protector spray for future prevention.

Adjust the individually adjustable closure to achieve a secure and comfortable fit. Ensure the buckle is fastened correctly.

The cork-latex footbed may require a short break-in period to conform fully to your foot. Wear them for short periods initially and gradually increase the duration.
